Mandalay Rum dates back to 1886, and in its regular inexpensive local dark rum offering in a red-labelled bottle from the Mandalay Distillery, is surprisingly smooth & perfect to sip all by itself, pleasingly sweet but not overly so, with a lovely balance & without harshness.
