Redbreast Lustau Edition Sherry Finish. The Lustau edition from Redbreast highlights the use of sherry casks on the Irish spirit. This was finished in first-fill oloroso-sherry butts for a year, resulting in a creamy whisky with notes of liquorice, marzipan and dark fruits.
